★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the expensive side for someone with a small to medium sized budget. Don't waste your money on the hotel breakfast. Pleasant guest room and comfortable self service options on beverages. The staff was very kind and did their best to help. Great hotel and will be definitely coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a great location, very close to the central train station giving great access to the city. It’s modern and very clean.
Finding it the first night was difficult as maps has the address off by a few buildings.
Upon arrival we were advised of the coffee/water being free in the room as well as in the lobby, to arrive home and have a €13 charge for the two bottles of water on our credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was quite nice, although bathroom very impractical - no shelf or room around sink to put own cosmetics, it would also need more hooks for clothes and towels. Sauna was unusable as there is nowhere to cool down - only shower available at spa was set to really hot water and the temperature was not adjustable. Breakfast was rather simple but with amazing waffles. Great location. We expected more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nicely decorated hotel in a convenient location by the central train station. It is also A 15 minute walk from the Grand Place and local bars and restaurants. The price was great and included a buffet breakfast. A slight negative was I had a ground floor room with huge windows and needed to keep the shades drawn as to jot have any peeping toms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice clean central hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom. Breakfast was not great maybe I arrived too late. If looking for a nice hotel with the majority of attractions within walking distance you can't go wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is amazing!! It is located in the city centre of Brussels super close to the Grand Place, many restaurants and bars. The decoration of the rooms and the common places is very beautiful and all the areas are very clean. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna ? The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. After our stay there this hotel became one of my favourite!!

Hotel is Close with center of city.
Parking beside the road need to pay everyday.
Good breakfast and also the service person is very good service mind.
In door swimming pool is warm water but have only 2 chairs and small one. Also have sauna beside. All this is free to access.
