Very close to all things that you may wish to see in the area. Directly near both tram and metro stops. Great breakfast, clean and cozy rooms. Staff is extremely polite, friendly and beyond helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Decent hotel to stay, clean and comfortable, although there's room for improvement. The hotel was nice, the staff very kind and the room was comfortable (particularly the bed). Breakfast was really nice, the scrambled eggs at the right cooking point and the pancakes were awesome (fluffy and tasty!) The hotel location is also convenient since it is close to the metro and tramway stops, and to many meeting offices, which was nice and it's not so far to the city centre (a 20 minute walk to the grand place). Also, some great restaurants are close by. It is not super luxurious, but it is certainly nice. What could improve is definitely the bathroom size. It is tiny. I'm not a bulky/large person, and I couldn't move around without bumping on something. I can only imagine a larger person having practical problems in such a narrow space (I might have been unlucky with my room, but it was kinda annoying). The shampoo, soap etc is serviceable, standard quality stuff. It makes foam, but I've had better in other nh hotels. There was no comb, toothbrush, toothpaste or shaving kit. (No complains here, but just giving out information for those who care). Also I did not enjoy the breakfast coffee. The pastries, waffles, pancakes, fruit... All was great, but the coffee was not really good. I must say I don't find coffees in Brussels that great, but I have had better coffees in other places. (It is a minor thing, though). The breakfast area is pretty crowded after 7:30 too, so plan accordingly! They have lactose free and soy milk too, in case you need/want it. BTW, WiFi is free and anonymous if a bit on the slow side.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The neighbourhood is great. It’s located right across the shopping street and with a small Inno shopping mall. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the room we stayed in was on the compact side and hallways are a bit small. It’s not that it’s not comfortable, but out of the NH hotels I’m used too this would be a hotel that I would select for location only, rather than comfort as a total package. Beds are comfy, but the room was a bit smelly (a bit unfortunate but ok) and the bathroom, shower and toilet were pretty small (on a 2.3x2.3m2?, but it’s fine). Breakfast was good, the regular NH breakfast selection was available. Nice staff. Parking is €20 a day.

Stayed here on business, got charged exorbitant rates for a fairly basic room, WiFi was poor, Aircon in room was pointless as it just made a lot of noise and didn't actually provide any air conditioning. Oh and thanks to the construction work going on ALL night outside, I haven't slept in two nights. Tried to ring reception to ask for another room, but they had turned the phone off so guests couldn't complain. I won't bother mentioning we also had s power cut on our floor. Apart from that it was great.

I felt this hotel was really over priced. At €300, my room had such a terrible smell I had to ask for a candle but instead they sent someone to spray perfume in the room. The hotel and rooms are both old and everything is mediocre at best. Better off getting breakfast nearby as a lot of the cafes offered better options at a better price than the hotel. Consider getting rid of single use plastics for bathroom amenities. Elevator was really congested during busy times, had to wait over 5 mins and other guests were complaining a lot. Will not be coming back.

Nice hotel, near metro station Louise. Everything fine. The rooms are a little small, but modern and clean. Nice 3* breakfast. The only thing that I didn't like was that you can't fully open the window of the room, only partially. Not recommended for claustrophobic people :-)

Stayed here for Tomorrowland! Very good for a low-mid range hotel. Breakfast was outstanding. Location maybe not the best though compared to other options. Also quite a bit of noise from outside everyday but I will still give 5 stars because I had an amazing experience. Brussels is such a wonderful city!

Impressive breakfasts, clean bathrooms, okeyish service. Room was clean, but bit old and chairs were gray and stained. Be aware of temporary roadworks next to hotel - extremely loud from early morning (would be nice to be informed about this by hotel staff...).
