★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious, clean & friendly. An oasis of colour in grey Brussels. Check in was perfect and covid friendly. Deluxroom with sauna was great. Nice high tog bathrobes and easy screen mirroring for transfer from your smartphone. Due to covid we had breakfast in the room which was perfect. Free nespresso machine also in the room. Hotel Parking was very easy and check out was very friendly. All in all a great hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent an excellent night in Thon Bristol Stephanie. We received a free upgrade to a huge freshly refurbished room with a king size bed and a private infrared sauna.
We had a warm and professional welcome at reception.
The room is very well soundproofed and has last technology equipment such as mirroring system on TV.
We decided to have breakfast in restaurant to be served at table (due to Covid 19). This was even more effective than with a full buffet breakfast! Excellent service, same choice as for buffet but without any wast of food.
I strongly recommend this hotel which is well known for its good service and most spacious room in city center!

After years of travelling to Belgium, I only ever stay at this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with very spacious rooms and common areas. The staff is friendly and willing to assist , nice breakfast cooked on the spot with no lines to wait and food in a very good quality. The place is conveniently located , 7-8 minutes away from the main train station by taxi with a tram service also available in short proximity.Very good choice for corporate travellers and for leisure trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cute and comfortable rooms. everything is studied in detail. Helpful staff and great location close to the center. The breakfast service in the pandemic period is excellent, ask for everything you like and the guy brings everything fresh and well presented. Great fitness area and so nice infrared sauna. The price is more than excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We slept in a family room (2 adults + 2 children). The living/bed room was spacious. Badroom was small, bit old, but very clean.
Breakfast for 20€pp, during the weekend, from 8 till 12. Broad choice of healthy foot.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
