The only thing is that it’s also a restaurant. A party in the garden. And loud guest every night. Can’t understand this works together with guest sleeping.

We've told the reception at night and send an e-mail to the manager the next day, but haven't received any response. A lack of service in our opinion!

With this also comes some limitations- lower noise insulation (however it is quite during the nice), less of the equipment available- no AC, simple bathroom. It is clean and the staff is polite and helpful.

From couples making love, children jumping around and alarm clocks, you could hear everything. Very thin walls, it felt like we were in a mixed dorm. When we adressed this, the lady behind the counter got angry at us. If you want a happy, comfortable stay in Bruxelles, we can highly recommend going some place else.

Everything else is great, comfy rooms, nice service, but if you are on a business trip and need to sleep to recharge, I do not advise. Feeling extremely tired as I hear trucks collecting trash, loading and unloading, people and all sorts of noise from outside.
