★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and easy, zero frills. Don't expect the front desk guy to be friendly if you show up at night. Rooms are down the street in another building. The beds are VERY comfortable, bathroom tiny and cramped. People were very loud in the street all hours of the night. Next time I'll just AirBNB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cosy little hotel with very polite and nice staff. If you expect luxury this hotel might not be for you, but if you're looking for a calm place to rest after a busy workday then this is a nice place to be. The breakfast is delicious, you will always find freshly baked croissants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clean and simple. The stuff is very polite and hospitable. I would suggest renew the entrance system to the second hotel...because each time you enter the building you should call the reception and it was not really comfortable to bother the reception at night. Affordable and clean hotel near the centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel all round we stayed in the annex building apprx 50m away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Location is good - about 5 minutes walk to the tram, 10 minutes to the metro and possibly 20 minutes to Brussels Centrale station.
