T	Tea Reçica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin and I planned this big adventurous weekend getaway together to have fun and visit as many places as possible, and after many searches, we found the perfect hotel for us to have an amazing girls’ weekend at hotel Elizabeth in Mechelen. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is recently renovated and is in immaculate condition. They provided instant coffee and tea in the room. We also had soap, shampoo, douche gel, and hair caps in the bathroom followed by clean towels which were a big plus for us. The hotel receptionists were friendly and the lobby was of very good quality. It was clean, bright, spacious. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- into the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!. They also gave us templates with the best locations. This hotel is in an excellent location, close to a lot of the best attractions and restaurants. Although we were only staying for two nights, we tried to enjoy the city to the maximum by visiting the most vibrant bars and restaurants and lucky for us this hotel was within walking distance to all of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is trying to enjoy the city and have a good night’s sleep at the end.

The room was a nice size, but the bathroom was overly large, there's a lot of empty space in there, maybe a stool or something would be useful and fill up the space. The room was very noisy, the windows don't block sound at all so even though I was on the last floor, I could hear very well the traffic and voices of people walking below.

The welcome was first class with a personal touch when ringing the bell for attention. My room had everything I needed, with the added bonus of an amazing view to the cathedral. If I could rate a 6 star experience I would given the exceptional service and evening recommendation of enjoying a leisurely Carolus.
