Got ignored for 30 minutes (even after asking several staff members if we could order).
We got up to leave, and all of a sudden all staff members did see us, thanking us and wishing us a pleasant evening. Not even noticing they did not serve us in any way...

Burgers are amazing, maybe just a bit more expensive in comparison to the competition around the Groenplaats but the location is still very nice with a nice view on the Antwerpen Cathedral. They don't have too many choice for the dessert but the brownie ice cream in amazing (I recommend to share it). Burgers are excellent as well and very large !

Unfortunately this was one of the worst Hard Rock Cafe’s we have been to. We have been to a few in and outside of Europe and it’s really a crying shame to have an experience like this.
We had spare ribs and chicken wings and both tasted AWFUL(do not let the pictures fool you)! Imagine not even enjoying your food and then having belly ache the next day!!! The spare ribs were very tough and the wings had a bad after taste.
It really is a conspiracy if your home cooked food tastes better than restaurant food where people get paid to cook!!! SN: how do you even mess up chicken wings though?
I am sorry Hard Rock Cafe Antwerp, you must do better!
