Ik kreeg vooral een gevoel dat ze hier tegen hun goesting staan. Ze proberen wel te helpen maar alles liep mis tijdens mijn bestelling. Uiteindelijk toch lenzen meegekregen die ik niet had gevraagd ? Is dichtbij, spijtig maar zal naar Wijnegem moeten gaan voor beter advies
I especially got a feeling that they are against their liking here. They try to help but everything went wrong during my order. Eventually received lenses that I had not asked ? Is close, sorry but will have to go to Wijnegem for better advice

Ik had een afspraak gemaakt. Een half uur na mijn afspraak ging ze pas met mij aan de slag. De vrouw die me moest helpen was vanachter nog wat aan het zitten. Ik kreeg er super slecht advies en ze hebben me echt niet geholpen. Ik moest alles mezelf aanleren (lenzen indoen). Echt een hele slechte bediening.
I made an appointment. Half an hour after my appointment, she only started working with me. The woman who had to help me was still sitting around from behind. I got super bad advice and they really did not help me. I had to learn everything myself (making lenses). Really a very bad service.

Weinig betrokkenheid, bril werd door verkoopster hardhandig geplooid om hem terug recht te zetten (stond scheef in de toonzaal) maar duidelijk zonder kennis van zaken, zonder op te warmen, zonder tangetje, zonder schroefjes te gebruiken. Resultaat is een krom getrokken beentje. Ik heb mij laten verder helpen in een andere zaak, een zaak die straalt van de klantvriendelijkheid. Hier zal ik niet snel terugkomen. Het Aziatische meisje was erg vriendelijk maar zowel het meisje met de korte haren als de shop manager lijken de klanten liever niet te zien arriveren. Zonde. Het kan zoveel fijner zijn. Dat ontdekte ik toen ik twintig meter verder door stapte. Geen aanrader dus.
Little involvement, glasses were folded by the saleswoman to straighten him up (stood crooked in the showroom), but clearly without knowledge, without warming up, without tongs, without using screws. The result is a crooked leg. I let myself be helped further in another case, a case that shines with customer friendliness. I will not come back here soon. The Asian girl was very friendly but both the girl with the short hair and the shop manager seem to prefer not to see the customers arrive. Sin. It can be so much nicer. I discovered that when I walked twenty meters further. Not recommended.

I ordered pair of glass with a frame , this time there was a lady with short hair no welcome words , no smiles , not friendly at all . I felt like I am not a customer .

No one picks up the phone at the middle of the day for 8 min.It is a shame as i wanted to purchase new glasses plus a new frame, i guess they had more important things to do than selling glasses.... I tried again an hour later , same results,probably they were busy having a late lunch or coffee. I wonder how it is holding as a business as they refuse clients. Last time i spent over 200 Euros in that shop. i keep you updated. 2.10 PM at 26.04 I also do not understand why i have to give so many details in order to buy it on line or to make a demand.I just wanted to purchase a pair of glasses .Probably at the next year they will demand an MRI scan if i would like to be a customer. All those marketing people with 0 idea about selling Noam By the way , tried again and still now one pick up the phone.......

Very Bad Experience Ever. I went to the Hans Anders at Grand Bazar two times. First Time, there were two girls "one asain and another one seems like local". Both of them do not care even if I asked for help. Second Time, there were one lady only and she also does not care what I asked for it. I am not sure that all of them are not willing to sell the goods and they even do not care about the business. I have never experienced like this before in Europe. Worst Customer Service. However I bought a glasses. I even wonder how the owner of this brand knows about this kind of service was being given by their employees.

The client service here is very, very bad, and as their products are too, you need quite a lot of client service as a result... so better not to come here in the first place. I have now (finally) decided to cut my losses and have gone to a decent optician. I am a thousand times happier with my glasses (and the same price, so don’t think that Hans Anders is cheaper!). I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I went there in the first place. It would have saved me a lot of hassle and headaches. 0/10!

i've been experiencing double vision lately, so i decided to go to the Hans Anders to ask if they might be able to inform me a bit about it. I made an appointment, walked in a few minutes earlier as is asked on the site. There was one man at the register busy with something else, and a girl sitting at a table reading a book. First she didn't make it apparant she even saw us, only when i walked up to and asked her she cared enough to acknowledge us walking in. I explain i had been experiencing double vision and that it was interfering with my job. After explaing and her finally understanding what i have, her response was basically "oh so you have double vision when focusing on an object? That's called diplopia, that's normal, i have it too." Yeah thanks i figured out it was diplopia on my own, it might be a common thing but it isn't normal. Her whole demeanor was as if i had insulted her but she had to talk to me if she wanted to get paid. She kept going on about how they can't even do anything about it, and that i should've gone to a specialist. At which point the guy steps in, who didn't seem like he hated my guts. He told me politely that they aren't able to help, and that it would be better if i'd go to a specialist. Meanwhile the girl kept interupting him how it was normal, and that she couldn't understand why i was so bothered. If you're going to this store, make sure you don't ask the girl with the glasses who's reading a book, because if she happens to be in a bad mood she'll definitely take it out on you. I feel bad for the people who have work with such a child on a day to day bases. If she would've been my colleague i'd have given her hell for being so incredibly rude.
