★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer experience - 0. No reaction from hotel employees on a forgotten thing left in the hotel room. Neither desire to help and find it whereas the thing was left on open place. One minor detail could spoil the whole stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ????The hotel is situated in the north part of the old town of Brussels city. There is nice staff with friendly and helpful approach to clients.
We check-in before 12:00 o'clock and check out before 12:00 o'clock. The breakfast is so tasty and during the weekend until 11:00. So if you are in Brussels I recommend you this hotel for staff welcoming approch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, still under construction. Employees always friendly and you don’t notice at all they are still working on the last details of this hotel. No noise or limits as a result of the ongoing remodeling of the hotel.
Only improvement for me would be the noise. You can hear people in the hallways very clear in your rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Steven. I paid for the breakfast and room service from the beginning. So don’t tell lie here. And at check out your staff ask me to pay again. will it not appear somewhere in the system? So please ! And yes thanks for the champagne, by the way that was offered by the technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the Lobby is designed very well and the employees are super friendly & kind. The Rooms was great, big bed , tv and a nice bath room* (* but we felt like the glass of the shower could be a little longer, also the washing sink could be a little bigger / water feels like flying everywhere).
The Bar was well designed and the prices were top.
Room Service was OK. We got the Information that it is possible to order every kind of food till 1am , but unfortunately there were only 2 Soups and a Lasagne available (with has by far too much onions in it / even for me as a Onion Lover) - the Price was okay but next time please inform us right.
The only bad thing that we don't had housekeeping on our 2 Nights. Our tablets were not picked up by any employee..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great option to stay in Brussels. The rooms are very spacious and the bed’s extremely comfortable. The attention to detail is very remarkable as they gift you a warm welcome cookie, leave you bottles with filtered water which can be refilled, offer a mini shop with essentials in the entrance and the towels are very soft. We didn’t try the buffet breakfast but it looked quite complete.
