Neteja, manteniment i mobiliari molt fluixos. Excel·lent ubicació i accés a la casa (codi). Nul contacte amb el propietari, tampoc ha estat necessari. Just for 6 people, a couple have to sleep on the couch. Duplex that borrows the screw stairs to go up and down. Very clean cleaning, maintenance and furniture. Excellent location and access to the house (code). Null contact with the owner, nor was it necessary.

j	jorrid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is conveniently located on a 5 minute walk from the Brussels North train station and 10 minutes from downtown Brussels. A metro stop is located at the end of the street. We were welcomed by the friendly owner of the place who took care of our stay and was able to provide us some useful information about the city itself. The apartment itself comprises a kitchen and living room (1st floor) as well as 2 bedrooms (2nd floor), big enough to support 6 persons. There is a good internet connection, free telephone calls and the place even has a Netflix connection. It is different if you want to have some further privacy, compared to a hotel room. We can recommend the place to visit the city.

The whole place has a really nice style and ambiance, facilities are top quality, nice couches and great beds. Close to the city centre and the shops which is great too and after a long day you can enjoy the vibrant city with your sweet balcony view. 100% recommend to stay here!

The apartment is at an amazing location close to the station and to the centre and even to some souvenir and other shops. The apartment itself is very spacious with a nice balcony. It is furnished in a modern and cosy style and is very clean.
