V	Valentyn Oksenych on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively affordable 3 star hotel for city centre. I had single room with no breakfast so cannot comment on food. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and maintained well. What could be improved. Elevator was slow and freshly painted from inside. Before I read the sign my suit was also painted. The elevator had a smell of paint which might be toxic. The rooms were a bit noisy. Partially due to constructions as I could hear my neighbours. Partially due to technical sounds which might be fixed.

Not sure why this hotel has so many positive reviews but PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY checked in, walked in our room, and checked out.. didn't want to even sit on the beds. Bathroom covered in mold, dirt EVERYWHERE in the room, what looked like to be bodily fluids on not one but both of the pillows.. ceiling falling in, horrible smell... they wouldn't give any money back even tho we didn't even spend 5 minutes there, but I'd rather take the money loss then set a foot back there. People smoke in the rooms even tho it says don't smoke. And it's in a very sketchy part of town. Had to give one star bur if I could I would give -5. Pictures don't do justice of how disgusting this place was. Save your money
M	Miquel Castellvi Domingo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is great and the staf even better, the only think that could have an upgrade is its breakfast which already is pretty good. Location is great also, its only a 15min walk to the Grand Place
N	Nahjae John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing that we are still in a pandemic, i assumed more attention would be paid to cleanliness but it wasnt. The bathroom could have used a bit of a better wipe down. Oh and there was appeared to be either mold or whater damage on the sealing. There was mold around the tub, but it is under clear silicone so you cant actually clean it away unless you take up the silicone which is less than an hour work. Then there was some type of alarm that went off shortly after midnight and it continued for what seemed like 20 minutes. No apologies were given even after it was said it wasnt a fire alarm. I've said in Best Westerns before, but this was definitely not what we expected.
t	tetingwey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sincerely ma last stay at the hotel was better. I was a bit disappointed with my present stay. On a positive note, the room was spacious, bed was good. However the heater was not working. A technician installed a mobile heater in my room. The room had a large window with little insulation from the cold. My room had very limited reception to wifi.

We arrived from Paris around 12:30 ish and the lady in the room gave us a room right away without even asking for an early check-in. The bed is super comfortable. The room and the bathroom are very clean as well. All the people we met in the reception were really nice and friendly as well. Loved the hotel.
I	Iris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable hotel room. It was pretty clean and well maintained, but the bathroom had some mold on the walls and ceiling. The elevator felt like it was going to drop down every time so didn't particularly feel safe using it. Still, for a nice price a good hotel. I didn't have breakfast included so I don't know how that was but it did smell fresh every day.
