★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice bed, nice amenities. I was staying in room 501 and one thing I would like to see improved is the lighting in the hallway and stairs going up to the fifth floor. It’s on a sensor and doesn’t turn on quick enough and it’s hazardous. I smashed my shoulder in the stairwell. Please fix this.

Room clean, decent size, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom.
Breakfast excellent, fresh and tasty.
I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.
Cons: noise a bit loud during night time and early in the morning due to its location on a main boulevard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is two minutes from the metro and the bus stop. newly renovated, our room was comfortable, nice and above all clean. the guys at the reception were very kind to us and helpful. the use of the mini fridge was free and supplied with water. everything went perfectly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in an great location, walking distance from the central area. The hotel itself is very nice, it offers a nice restaurant/ bar located on the ground floor. Staff have always been friendly each time I've stayed and good at English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite not being in a very good neighbourhood, the street of the hotel is safe. About the hotel, it is very well themed with retro furniture. The rooms are very well, modern facilities, comfortable beds, attractive barhrooms. In addition, justin, hotel employee, was very kind and attentive to us. Very satisfied with this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second stay in this hotel was a complete disaster and maybe my worst experience in a hotel. No wonder why there were almost no guests.
First the elevator was broken the whole week and had to walk up to my room every single day.
One day I was returning from work and my card wouldn't open the main door. There was no one at the reception, no phone to call and their number on Booking.com seems to be fake. I had to send and email and stood out in the cold and rain for almost 40 min before someone arriving and opening the door for me.
I asked for a refund and they offered me no more than the cost of a breakfast, which would never pay the anger I had that evening.
