★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute catastrophie in terms of service and reliability. Package is stuck en route for more than two weeks. I called customer service. First I had to deal with a voice driven service menu that was of the lowest quality (matches overall company profile!). Wait time was ridiculous and when I finally got through I was transferred and had to wait again. Finally, talked to the right person only to be told that the sender has to call them to start an investigation. However, this transpired only after lengthy back and forth on tracking number and address, even though first thing I said to the helpless customer service person that I was the recipient. Still waiting for the pack, 2 weeks after dispatch (from Germany to Belgium).
Whenever possible, I will opt for another service; DPD, Post NL, UPS, etc. may be not great either but they beat DHL by a big margin. Stay away!
