Colis remis au transporteur par le commerçant auprès duquel nous avons passé commande le 11mai
12 mai . Le chauffeur ne dépose pas d'avis de passage dans la boîte au lettre ( est il VRAIMENT passé ? Le doute est permis )
Après une semaine ... Nous téléphonons le vendredi 20 mai après avoir reçu le nom du livreur : Viva Xpress .
Nouveau passage annoncé le samedi 21 mai en journée .Suite à un appel de notre part à 14.30h, Viva Xpress NE SAIT PAS où elle a mis le colis et nous ne sommes pas sur la liste de livraison du jour !!! Finalement, ils le retrouvent et nous garantissent un passage entre 16 et 18h ( Ce qui signifie que clairement, le colis n'allait pas être livré le samedi, celui-ci n'étant pas dans un véhicule de transport ) . 18.36h et nous attendons toujours notre colis .
10 jours pour livrer un colis EXPRESS... Un record dans la lenteur !!!
Bref, si vous voulez de la livraison express, cette boîte de transports est à éviter à TOUT PRIX ! Même à pieds, le colis serait arrivé plus rapidement .
The worst service I've been given in 50 years!
Parcel delivered to the carrier by the merchant with whom we ordered on May 11
May 12th. The driver does not leave a notice in the mail box (is it REALLY past? Doubt is allowed)
After a week ... We call on Friday, May 20th after receiving the name of the deliveryman: Viva Xpress.
New passage announced Saturday, May 21 day. Following a call from us at 14.30h, Viva Xpress DO NOT KNOW where she put the package and we are not on the delivery list of the day! Finally, they find it and we guarantee a passage between 16 and 18h (which means that clearly, the package was not going to be delivered on Saturday, it is not in a transport vehicle). 18.36h and we are still waiting for our package.
10 days to deliver an EXPRESS package ... A record in the slowness !!!
In short, if you want express delivery, this transport is to avoid at ALL costs! Even on foot, the package would have arrived faster.
