Both the shop manager and assistant provided exceptional attention during my time there.
I entered the store with a vague idea of what I was looking for, however, due to the expertise and profound knowledge of their store's products, this duo also convinced me to consider various styles that I may otherwise have overlooked. So good was their level service that they expertly guided me towards a beautiful and high quality pair of shoes that I am most pleased to have purchased.
Many upscale stores in the area (and indeed elsewhere) would do well to learn from the professional and customer-centric staff at Crocket & Jones Brussels.
The management of this store elevates the shopping experience of Crocket & Jones to a new level of professionalism and creates a fantastic shopping journey into a world of quality and craftsmanship.
