Une fois la commande passée, le SV fût très rapide et l'installation faite sans aucun problème par du personnel compétant et très soigneux. Je suis enchanté de par le matériel conseillé et par le Sv. - Je ne peux que recommander cette firme. :)
 RV taken .... the boss was on the spot very quickly and answered all useful questions while giving sound advice. Once the order was placed, the SV was very fast and the installation was done without any problem by competent and very careful staff. I am delighted with the recommended material and the Sv. - I can only recommend this firm. :)

Ik had enkele problemen met de airco , dus heb ik dit bedrijf gebeld ( aangezien er overal stickers op elke airco toestel was) en elke keer hebben ze gezegd dat er iemand ging komen of dat ze zouden terugbellen , al meer als 1 maand houden deze gasten mij bezig , heb hun zeker 7 keer gebeld en altijd hetzelfde gedoe. Na anderhalf maand bel ik hun , en laten ze me weten dat ze niet zullen komen omdat ik geen klant ben.
I rented a business in Mons, the air conditioning installation of which was done by this company. I had some problems with the air conditioner, so I called this company (since there were stickers everywhere on every air conditioner) and every time they said that someone was coming or that they would call back, these guests have been holding for more than 1 month busy, I definitely called them 7 times and always the same thing. After a month and a half I call them and let me know that they will not come because I am not a customer.
