Ils n'ont pas envoyé de technicien et voulaient me faire payer 350 euros rien que pour une détection de fuite (réparation en sus). Je me suis dérangée jusqu'à la rue de Brouckère et on voulait encore que je leur téléphone ! Il ne faut pas hésiter à faire appel à d'autres sociétés car mon problème a été solutionné chic pas cher. They did not respond to a leak issue in my bathroom. They didn't send a technician and wanted to charge me 350 euros just for leak detection (repair extra). I went out of my way as far as rue de Brouckère and they still wanted me to call them! Do not hesitate to call on other companies because my problem was solved chic cheap.
