★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais déjà fait appel à la société Orelec pour la conformité électrique d'une précédente maison et la collaboration s'était passée sans soucis.
Cette année, j'ai à nouveau fait appel à Orelec pour mon nouveau domicile. Aucun soucis lors de cette première visite destinée à la vérification de l'installation.
La certification devait suivre quelques semaines plus tard mais malgré mes nombreux rappels au cours des semaines / mois, aucun deuxième rendez-vous n’a jamais été proposé (la réponse étant systématiquement : non je ne vous oublie pas, je vous rappelle sous peu... alors que j’étais dans les fait laissé dans le vent).
Au bout de 6 mois j’ai fini par faire appel à une autre société. Dommage pour tout ce temps perdu.
L'avis mitigé tient en compte la première expérience positive.
I had already called on the Orelec company for the electrical compliance of a previous house and the collaboration had gone smoothly.
This year, I once again called on Orelec for my new home. No worries during this first visit to check the installation.
Certification was to follow a few weeks later but despite my numerous reminders over the weeks / months, no second appointment was ever offered (the answer being systematically: no, I will not forget you, I will call you back shortly. .. while I was in fact left in the wind).
After 6 months I ended up using another company. Too bad for all this wasted time.
The mixed opinion takes into account the first positive experience.
