★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cigna is providing a terrible service. Not answering the phone when there are issues, it is not possible to receive any help. Cigna is not an insurance you can count on. Not paying back, writing down that you are not under a policy anymore while you are paying back every month. This is all ridiculous, and the only way to solve these issues would be to talk to someone from Cigna, but hey, they haven't answered in one month and didn't call back when I requested calls.
I give to Cigna a HUGE zero for customer care. They only care about who is a member of an international organisation, when you are an individual member they do not care.
