I'm sorry to say that but this bank is terrible. My boss is trying to fix an appointment, which apparently is impossible. We have sent tons of emails to fix an appointment for some questions that are quite urgent. Nothing. We called to fix an appointment and nobody called us back to confirm. Any answer via mail, except one telling us that the only appointment available was for July 16th (one month for a bank appointment? How this could happen!?). We answered telling ok, we'll wait one month but, again, nobody answered back. We tried to fix an appointment via the app: no response at all. The client service is not able to solve our problems. I think the only suitable solution could be closing the account, as soon as possible. When they need you, they reach you out asap. But what happens when you need them?! For important questions? My boss is pretty furious. These things are unacceptable.

This agency is a complete joke! It is amazing how slow they are. You can stay 30 minutes in a line and nothing happens! At rush hours they have just one person to answer to all the requests. If you search a lot in the whole world, it will be difficult to find something so bad! Pictures taken at 12:40h with no workers inside!

Worst Customer Service ever!!!! I chose this branch as I came to Brussels as an Expert and was looking for an uncomplicated way to open an account and have an account for my rental deposition. Only plus: the e-mail Epert service is wuite friendly and helpful. BUT: The Branch at Schuman is the worst! Super unfriendly stuff. They treat you as if you ask them for something unbareable. Today I went there because I just want to close my account as I left Brussels. Again: super unfriendly, not even interested in what I am looking for, referring to the call center. Sorry: but if you have customer service there why don't they help you!?!?!? And the problem with bad customer services is also at the other branches and the online service according to my experience! There doesn't exist an online service: no answers to emails you write them, just if they want something from you, you get thousands of mail! NEVER AGAIN ING!!!

I have had some bad experiences with banks, but this one is of a whole other level. After closing all my accounts at ING Schumann several months ago, because of the terrible service they offer, I am still waiting to receive over 300 euros that was left on my credit card. The reason I was told for why it seems impossible to get my money back is that "usually customers ow money to the bank and not the other way around after closing their accounts". A complete joke and terrible experience.

Forget ING - it used to be a decent bank some 10 years ago but now banking with them is a nightmare! They shut down most branches, which would be OK if you could reach them online. But no: contacting them by email, phone, website is absolutely hopeless! Worst of all, their KYC unit: unfriendly and totally incompetent! I have a private and a business account which I will close ASAP!

Terrible experience and very unpleasant employees. I went to this branch today for a quick operation (ps. had to come here as ING decided to close 2 branches in in my neighbourhood), it was 12:15 and branch close at 12:30. They say me it is already closed and I should come back at 13:00 when it’s reopening. As it is urgent I decide to wait and I come back at 13:00. another person open and do not let me enter as I do not have an appointment. I explained what her colleague said me at 12:15 but she didn’t care and didn’t let me in. I am a pregnant woman at 38th week and I waited for 45 min for nothing. They didn’t even had respect or the patience to listen for 1 minute to a person that has special needs. As I am also KBC customer I went in their closest branch and they immediately helped me and in 2 min the operation was done without any appointment and actually a lot of kindness. My husband and me will definitely close all our ING accounts and move all our money to KBC where the customer care is definitely more important.

I have tried now to get in contact with a ING branch in Brussels by web and phone concerning a new card I am going to collect, but whatever I choose - also if I choose that I am not a client - I am requested to present my ING ID which can be found on the bank card!!! Which I don't have (and which I certainly would not have if I was a new client)... I suppose this bank is closed for new customers - they are confident with those they already have, and be aware that you stick to your card because it is will not be possible to collect a new one, especially not as the counter is closed for direct contact with employees. Many other banks would just send a new card by postal service to the customer but ING has decided to live in a closed world only accessible for those with their ING ID accessible. Happy ING that have all the customers they want and don't care about serving neither new nor existing customers! They must be resting on a wealth so big that customers are just a disturbing element! Therefore, I cannot recommend this bank to anybody. If possible I would have chosen zero stars...

I am an ING customer since 1991. The service these days has degraded to an extent that is forcing me to close all my accounts with them. It used to have exemplary customer service in the past. Recently I called customer service 5 times. Waited on the line on an average 30 minutes, only to be told that the responsible department is not answering. I was asked to write email. Email address provided was wrong..
