They need serious training on how to manage clients and clients expectations.

I mean, I understand that it is against covid19 etc. But I am not going sneeze towards someones face (!) when I am trying to withdraw some money. Whoever came up with the idea of locking this place outside of working hours as a precaution against covid19, is a genius!
