★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They invent damages on car by delivering dirty cars telling you they dont use water to clean cars (making stripe) and they falsificate IT system to insert damage picture you highlight. Never use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked a Volvo V40 or equivalent. When we arrived at the BUDGET they wanted to give us a 2door, 2 people convertible.
We told them that we would not be able to fit our kids AND luggage. Anthony told us that it was the only car they had available in the category we reserved and that we would have to pay for an upgrade if we wanted another car!! We payed for the upgrade but I will be sending a letter of complaint to Budget. The service and attitude was completely unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was preparing for the worse - but received the 'best'. Great price. No hard sells on extra's. Choice of vehicles offered. Car was in perfect condition. Less than 1000km on the clock. Guys on the desk excellent. Guys on the forecourt couldn't have been more helpful. Changed language settings on OS from Italian to English and lent me a USB to Micro-C adapter. Thank you Budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never asked us to buy the insurance or not, they just add full insurance to our rental contract without the notice. We have bought our own full insurance with the third party insurance company, so we don't need the insurance from Budget at all, and the employee called Anthony charged us full insurance without asking us in advance,it's a fraud because we don't understand the language in the contract, so he lied to us about the contract.We are not accepted the surcharged insurance as we do not need it!
The employee called Anthony is very rude to us, yell at us, I don't understand why this big company employed a coarse person working for them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car throughout a web car rental broker. While we came earlier by 40minutes, the unprofessional clerk asked us to wait till the pick-up hour!!!
Knowing that they were not busy and plenty of cars available this is really weird to have to wait unnecessarily 40 minutes.
Furthermore, their office is not kept well and very dirty with fricadel smells!!! regional head office should carry some serious inspections as this does not reflect the image of such a well known brand.regregion

But the reimbursement of the deposit fee is terrible, I've been waiting for it to get back for over a month now and still have not received it, when I call the reservations, they keep on asking to talk with my bank. Why?
I talked with them, still no money back.
If you want to rent trough this company get ready to wait for your money... and wait... and wait... and get help from nobody.
