Pas super agréable qu'on vous dise de bon matin vous avez qu'à les appeler nous on peut rien faire malgré ma bonne foi en leur montrant ma réservation avec un kilométrage illimité ainsi que le conseiller du site rentalcar qui ne comprends pas du tout pourquoi ils réagissent comme ça. Par contre si tu es d'accord de me mettre en illimité en rajoutant 50 €.

Au moment de la retirer, on m'informe que mon mode de paiement ne correspond pas aux exigences d'Avis Budget sur les véhicules premium : je n'ai pas de carte american express en plus de ma carte de crédit.... Je trouve un arrangement avec le responsable du guichet : pour le prix payé, je repars avec une voiture de catégorie deux crans inférieurs (G-->E) + la formule franchise à 0.
Quelques jours après le retour, mon compte est débité de 480 euros. la facture indique des services supplémentaires dont on ne m'a même pas parlé, en supplément du véhicule facturé catégorie E .... La plateforme SAV que j'ai contactée s'étonne de cette pratique. Je suis dans l'attente d'une réponse. Mon avis évoluera en fonction de la solution qui sera trouvée.
