★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont refusé d'aider mon papa(70a) qui a un soucis avec son gsm( surfacturation style virus ou?) ils lui ont dit de l éteindre et de trouver un informaticien...super service et très désagréable de surcroit!!!! Et bien nous changerons dorénavant tous nos abonnements( 3adultes) et pourtant clients fidèles moi depuis1997 voila ce qu est le service a la clientèle et il avait deja téléphoné au départ au call Center qui lui ont dit d aller ds 1boutique! Dégoutée ! De+ la route Ellezelles/ tournai enfin franchement honteux de rembarrer les gens de cette façon
They refused to help my dad (70y) who has a problem with his mobile phone (virus-style overbilling or?) they told him to turn it off and find a computer specialist...great service and very unpleasant to boot!!! ! Well we will now change all our subscriptions (3 adults) and yet loyal customers to me since 1997 that's what customer service is and he had already phoned the call center at the start who told him to go to 1 shop! Disgusted ! De+ la route Ellezelles/ finally turned frankly ashamed of snubbing people this way
