On en est réduits à attendre devant la porte en appelant le helpdesk Fortis pour voir ce qu'il se passe. La qualité de service de cette banque est en dessous de tout. Deplorable service 3 appointments made 3 times forgotten and when we manage to have an appointment we are expected for another reason than that mentioned and therefore the person is not ready. We are reduced to waiting outside the door by calling the Fortis helpdesk to see what is going on. The quality of service of this bank is below everything.

Pas moyen d'avoir un rendez-vous et pas moyen de négocier. Une banque à éviter. Fortis is a non-flexible bank, expensive and not commercial at all with their customers; not to mention that they almost never answer the phone. No way to have an appointment and no way to negotiate. A bank to avoid.

Je viens donc en agence en regardant sur internet si c'est bien ouvert et j'y vais. Une fois sur place on me dit que je n'ai pas de rdv et j'ai eu l'impression d'être traité comme un enfant. Certes je suis en tord pour ne pas avoir pris de rdv mais est-ce trop demander que de faire un effort pour un client depuis plus de 10ans ans qui se fait voler sa carte ?? Total lack of compassion and social. Having been the victim of a wallet theft, I am in an uncomfortable situation. So I come to the agency looking on the internet if it's really open and I go there. Once there I was told that I did not have an appointment and I had the impression of being treated like a child. Certainly I am wrong for not having made an appointment but is it too much to ask to make an effort for a client for more than 10 years who has his card stolen??
