On appelle le numéro du "conseiller personnel" il est jamais dispo et ça nous dit de rappeler plus tard.
On appelle le numéro de l'agence, même réponse.
Bref, FUYEZ toutes les autres banques sont à préférer
Worst bank possible. Run away. Zero customer service.
We call the national number: 30min wait for it to hang up
We call the number of the "personal advisor" it is never available and that tells us to call back later.
We call the agency number, same answer.
