★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service de mauvaise qualité. ATM qui ne marche pas et vole votre argent (argent non mis sur votre compte à cause d'un problème technique). Personnel absent et à la limite du désagréable.
Poor quality service. ATM that does not work and steals your money (money not put in your account due to a technical problem). Staff absent and bordering on unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamais possible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et quand c'est le cas on dérange plus qu'autre chose.
Même au mails ils ne répondent pas, cela fait 3 semaines que mon compagnon essaye d'avoir un rendez-vous pour une nouvelle carte et a chaque fois on nous dit autre chose. Je pense qu'il est temps de changer de banque.
It is never possible to have someone on the phone and when it is, we disturb more than anything else.
Even to the emails they do not answer, it has been 3 weeks that my companion tries to have an appointment for a new card and each time we are told something else. I think it's time to change banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to contact - I tried booking an appointment online but didn't receive any reply. Tried calling multiple times, but every time they hung up the call. Emailed them multiple times about the issue I'm having but again - no response... Today I went to the branch and the only thing they told me was 'to email them'... Then they hung up the intercom and started to ignore me. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Terrible service
