L	Lori Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to beach and tram. Needs painting. Fire dept in back very noisy. Stain on bed sheet. Stain on chair and desk. Breakfast was adequate. Parking 3 blocks away.

T	Tim S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shabby, uncomfortable room with NOWHERE to hang clothes, coastal hotel where you will have wet items of clothing all year round - it rains in winter of course - and your wet clothes will have to lay on the bed, no option to hang and dry. No understanding of basic room requirements. Staff were pleasant enough but not service minded.
C	Claire Busumunu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location fair price as we stayed over the easter weekend. Some refurb is needed and dusting. We booked a smaller room and the facilities were adequate. Small private balcony. No hot drink facilities in our room but the larger rooms had it. Bottled water provided and fridge. There is no insight parking but you can park at Thermea Palace for 12.50 per day which is located across the road. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Simon was a great help. He marked out places to visit. Cheap bike hire for all day use. Thanks
A	Ana Mc Nerney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No air conditioner or fans, the room was very warm.There were also mosquitos in the room, so we couldn't open the windows. We stayed two nights in the middle of August. Everything else was ok, it is a 3 star hotel.

s	shasha Guintapa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was ok, good breakfast, good location nearby the beach. The parking is €12.50 but you have to park in Thermis palace not so far away from the hotel. Our room no.33 was good for 3persons and the space was ok. Coffee machine, water cooker and refrigerator are presents in the room. When we arrived on our room, we had free bottle of water and champagne but the champagne glass was dissapointing coz they ddnt clean the glass. Our room is a bit noisy and we have to open the window coz its too warm specially still summer. No aircon but its ok as long you open the windows. They have sauna and hamman as well, not bad at all. Still need a bit improvement. The glass of the sauna, shower as well the hamman are not clean, dissapointing to see. The shower totally cold no warm water upstairs and downstairs as well. All in all it was good just need a bit improvement specially the cleanliness.

It is on the quieter side of the strip which is nice if you want to get away from the crowds. We stayed in the penthouse room which was roomy and nice. The only problem was that they did not tell us that the elevator only reaches the fifth floor...and we were on the sixth floor. Carrying our bags and selves up the stairs was a pain when we were expecting a hotel with elevator access.
