I have stayed at this hotel around 100 nights or more. Always welcoming, always clean. Great staff. Great facilities. Excellent location, walking distance to everywhere. Beach literally across the road. Highly recommended

The location is excellent, on the central promenade and close to the tram stop. The rooms were lovely and well stocked in regard to amenities, and we were fortunate to get a shared terrace with a seaview. However, contrary to the impression given on their website, there is limited parking, and it is necessary to reserve these spots in advance. Otherwise, you park on the street for 3.50euro an hour or in a carpark (across the street) for 25euro per 24 hours. There is also an impression given of "All-inclusive free access to wellness facilities," but this, too, turned out to be a disappointment. As it happens, the facilities are only open from 12-21h and one must also reserve a time-slot for the wellness center in advance. We were not made aware of this, and when we were prepared at 19h to take a sauna, we were dismissed by a smiley receptionist (who seemed more involved with her male friend than with helping us). She said "it was too late" and that she "no longer had any places for us." (Which was it then? Too late or too full?) We could use the pool, but mind the lockers cost 1 returnable euro coin, which we obviously didn't have because we assumed hotel guests could reserve for free. Turns out the photos of the pool are also misleading. The changing room is bigger than the pool, which is about 3x4m and full of people (despite covid measures). We hoped that the 'renowned excellent breakfast' would redeem our impressions. Unfortunately, this too was subpar. One tray with 3 random rolls and 3 slices of cold cuts, and a limited variety of juice cartons and spreads. Both coffee machines were broken. Granted, this was probably in light of the recent changes to combat the spread of covid-19 virus, but we still expected better. Don't forget, check-in is 15h and check-out is at 10h-10h30. At exactly 10h a staff worker knocked on our door and opened it momentarily before leaving again. (It felt like they were saying 'get the f out!') I think 137euros was far too much for 19 hours of this kind of hospitality.

We had an overnight stay inclusive of wellness access and breakfast. Nothing to complain. Room was adequate - however, no door to close the bath room (which was separate from the toilet). Also no kettle, but there’s a fridge. The spa area was nice, but could benefit from dimmer lights. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.

Corona-times are tough for everyone but well, as a paying customer you wait for a certain level of quality when you pay for a service. The room we stayed in has seen better days. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast. Customers had to go to the restaurant to take the food to their rooms. In the restaurant Corona restrictions where not respected at all by other customers. The hotel should have thought about a more assembly-line solution for this. The worst was waiting for food. How is it possible that at some point there is no more bread, eggs or coffee at a hotel breakfast? Well, now we know that is not the best solution to stay in Oostende. You too should look for something else.

Horribly noisy, i was woken up all night by people yelling in other rooms, music, people yelling in the hallway , cleaning staff yelling, dogs barking that were left alone in the next rooms, cleaning staff starts vacuuming at 8 o clock. Horrible experience would never stay there again. When i said something I got an arrogant response that I Should have called reception (which i did). Our weekend ended early because we were so exhausted that we immediately drove home to sleep.

The airline booked a hotel for the recreation of the aircraft crew. The crew was to arrive at the hotel after midnight, due to late arrival. The hotel administration sent a message that the hotel cannot satisfy this application, due to a very late arrival. At the same time, refusing to accommodate the hotel attempted to remove funds from a credit card specified as payment guarantee. Anticipating the development of the situation of the airline managed to block the credit card. The data of the hotel's administration is different as fraud it is impossible to name. Be extremely careful in collaboration with this hotel.

Once I booked the stay β€œwellness” , but I had to pay for each towel, sleepers, bath rope etc. more over it was the NUDE day, so the entrance to the spa was not allowed in the bathing suit!!! I was not informed in advance. So, there was not good time at all :(

Where do i start? Interieur.......the room looked good at first, when i started looking around i knowtest things are not what it seems. The ceiling is coming down on several places, the trashcan was Broken, wallpaper hanging of the wall, and this was a executive room. The shower was Broken, so you could not shower with warm water, or the water was icecold or really hot. The hygiene was at minimum. It was not really clean. There was a dog barking in another room and footsteps until 01:00 o'clock in the morning above us! We did not get a goodnight sleep as you can imagine. Very noisy rooms. The kitchen.....food was delicious in the restaurant. We were Lucky to get our food on time. We got our food before other People who were sitting there before us. They were waiting for 2 hours for their food. Every order that Came was a wrong order to the wrong table. So many People got their food at 22:30 in the evening. Not professional at all. Breakfast was Very chaotisch, to many People in 1 place. People had to sit to close toghetter. The wellness was good. Nothing to say about that. For the rest of it, no, i Will not come here again. Not worth 3 stars.
