★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacy, comfortable and clean apartment on the 8th floor with a great view. Kitchenette was well equipped and free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff and family/child friendly environment including facilities. Safe parking garage behind the hotel against reduced rate. Good location near to Central Station but also everything in the city within walking distance, ideal for city trip but also for business trip. Reasonable price, good value for money. Next time in Rotterdam we will definitively stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our second time here and we are still in love with this hotel! Very friendly service, good food and drinks, comfy bedrooms and an extensive breakfast! A 5 minute walk from the center of Oostende and even closer to the beach :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hotel. Rooms look nice, but when you take a closer look you will quickly find out what is wrong with this hotel.
First of all there is absolutely no air-conditioning. The rooms get very hot and there is no way to cool them down.
Another thing that was wrong is that the housekeeping was still working on all the rooms!!! when we came to the hotel at 5pm (check in time from 3pm).
There is also no mini fridge in the room. Some people bring medicine that needs to be stored in the fridge, so if this is the cade for you absolutely do not go here.
Next up the elevator: there is only one tiny elevator that you need to wait 10 minutes for or you can take 10 stairs with all your luggage.
Hotel staff is also not helpful at all. They weren't trying to help us at all when we addresses our concerns about the hotel.
And these weren't even all of the things we found wrong with this hotel.
So don't go here, it might look nice, but it isn't. Especially for the price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely small rooms and a very small bathroom/shower. they advertise with high-speed internet but if you want to view Netflix you have to buffer for 10 minutes and then you can watch 5 minutes. So a lot of fake advertising. The rooms are so noisy you can hear what your upstairs neighbors are talking about!
And when you ask for your laundry to be done it takes a full 5 days,(when the agreement was 1 day) and if you ask about it you get a snarky reply.
I have nothing good to say about this hotel stay away from it!
