Pas un sourire et aucune attention si jamais vous venez pour des renseignements ou acheter un accessoire uniquement. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce magasin AUPING car c'est une véritable honte ! A manager who is as pleasant as a prison door! No smile and no attention if ever you come for information or to buy an accessory only. I absolutely do not recommend this AUPING store because it is a real shame!

Après avoir fait le tour, nous sommes repartis, sans un aurevoir non plus. J'apprécie la literie Auping car j'ai déjà acheté chez eux mais l'accueil fut tellement froid que j'ai acheté ailleurs. I was looking for a 160 bed for my son. On arrival, by a glance from the saleswoman, nor a smile to tell us: "thank you for waiting". After doing the tour, we left, without a goodbye either. I appreciate Auping bedding because I have already bought from them but the reception was so cold that I bought elsewhere.
T	Tessa Devlaminck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Première expérience chez Auping. Nous adorons la marque mais nous ne retournerons pas dans cette boutique. L'accueil n'était pas débordant de sympathie. Dorénavant nous préférons nous fournir sur internet plutôt qu'en magasin. Vu l'investissement nous nous attendions à un service qualitatif et à une "première" expérience agréable. Ce ne fût malheureusement pas notre cas. Nous avons acheté pour plus de 1000€ de literie ce jour là et n'avons reçu ni café ni eau malgré avoir passé une partie de l'après-midi dans le magasin.. Finalement, nous avons réceptionné des draps qui ne correspondent pas aux dimensions de notre matelas alors que nous avions bien communiqué les informations concernant le modèle du lit. Nous nous retrouvons donc avec des draps-housse de 30cm de hauteur alors que nous avions besoin de 10cm. Malheureusement nous l'avons vu trop tard. Nous sommes très déçus du rendu et surtout de ne plus retrouver le service clientèle comme il l'était auparavant. Les vendeurs de nos jours pensent chiffre et négligent l'écoute et le service. First experience at Auping. We love the brand but we will not go back to this shop. The welcome was not overflowing with sympathy. From now on we prefer to provide us on the internet rather than in stores. Considering the investment we expected a qualitative service and a "first" pleasant experience. This was unfortunately not our case. We bought for more than 1000 € of bedding that day and received no coffee or water despite having spent part of the afternoon in the store .. Finally, we received sheets that do not correspond to dimensions of our mattress while we had communicated the information about the bed model. So we end up with sheets-cover 30cm high when we needed 10cm. Unfortunately we saw it too late. We are very disappointed with the rendering and especially not to find the customer service as it was before. Salespeople these days think figure and neglect listening and service.
