J'ai acheté un canapé à un prix élevé chez eux en pensant que je payais pour de la qualité. Malheureusement pour moi après 6 mois toute la couleur partait et apres 1 an d'échange de mail ils estiment qu'ils ne sont pas responsable et sous-entendent que c'est de ma faute. Donc voilà je me retrouve avec un canapé que je dois cacher sous un plaid quand j'ai des invités et suis bon pour en acheter un nouveau. Si vous voulez vous faire arnaquer foncez chez château d'ax ils font ça avec un tres grand professionnalisme.
I bought a high-priced sofa from them thinking I was paying for the quality. Unfortunately for me after 6 months all the color was gone and after 1 year of email exchange they feel that they are not responsible and imply that it is my fault. So here I am with a sofa that I have to hide under a plaid when I have guests and am good to buy a new one. If you want to get ripped off, go to château d'ax, they do it with great professionalism.

Nous sommes allez chez eux hier après midi, pour regarder les prix des canapés en cuir , mais de suite après être rentré dans le magasin ,un vendeur soit disant de canapés ,je le considère plutôt vendeur de tapis . Il nous a pas lâcher pendant 40 minutes pour nous raconter n'importe quoi nous l avons laissé parler , et puis d un seul coup il est devenu tout rouge , et il nous a dit ,que l on devait allez rêver ailleurs . Je pense que tout le personnel de de magasin y compris le gérant devrait être virer . Un courrier en recommandé,va être envoyé à la direction. erecommandé va être envoyé à à la direction
We went to their house yesterday afternoon, to look at the prices of leather sofas, but immediately after entering the store, a salesman supposedly of sofas, I consider him more to be a carpet salesman. He didn't let us go for 40 minutes to tell us anything, we let him talk, and then all of a sudden he turned all red, and he told us, that we must go dreaming elsewhere. I think all store staff including the manager should be fired. A registered letter will be sent to management. the recommended will be sent to the management

Tres mauvaise experience dans ce magasin nous avons recu nos canapes ils etais bcp plus foncee que la couleur en magasin je n ai rien dit car c est surement un jeux de lumiere. Mais le vendeur nous a promis des pied de canapee plus haut et quand j ai telephoner apres la livraison pour savoir ou etais les pieds de canapee plus haut la dame au but du fil m as rigoler au nez en me disant que son vendeur etait un bon vendeur mais qu il m as raconter des fable des histoire imaginaire car on ne peut avoir que les pied qui vons avec le canape. En faite elle m as ouvertement dit que son vendeur etais un menteur et cela la faisai rire. Alors ou est le respect envers le client. Et le pire de tout cela c est qu ils se ventent que leur canapee sont fabrique en Italie mais en retournat le canapee nous avons une petite etiquette sur la quelle il y a ecris made in china PRC. Le choc Plus jamais on c est fait avoir comme des bleu
Very bad experience in this store we received our sofas they were much darker than the color in the store I did not say anything because it is surely a play of light. But the seller promised us higher canapee legs and when I called after delivery to find out where the canapee legs were above the lady at the end of the line laughed at me telling me that her seller was a good one seller but that he told me fable imaginary stories because we can only have the feet that go with the sofa. In fact she openly told me that her salesman was a liar and that made her laugh. So where is the respect towards the customer. And the worst part of all this is that they are told that their sofa is made in Italy but when we return the sofa we have a small label on which is written made in china PRC. Shock We never have to have it like blue people again

Mooie toonzaal Goede verkoper Zetels voelen niet zo kwalitatief aan. Prijs is toch wel op zijn minst gezegt duur Echter als ik reviews lees over deze plaats lijken deze overeen te komen met de realiteit daar dat vele mensen het zelfde zeggen.
Beautiful showroom Good salesperson Seats don't feel that high quality. Price is expensive to say the least However when I read reviews about this place they seem to match the reality as many people are saying the same thing.

False advertising. We chose a sofa in the shop (price indicated 3200 eur, also advertised online at same price). It turned out to be 5200 eur! The model displayed was apparently in a different leather so 2000 more expensive. Basically they don't put the correct price for the items displayed. That is called false advertising, aimed at deceiving customers. The staff was very rude. The woman who dealt with is talked behind our backs in French thinking we did not understand. I overheard one of her colleagues tell a customer who could not make up his mind: "you either dream about the sofa or you dream in it, that's not my problem", upon which he walked away from the customer... SURREAL. We will NEVER buy from this company.
