No warranty what so ever. They invent things that don't exist. We bought 6 chairs and 4 of them broke after a few months. We are currently in a war with them to gain our right to return them.

Very bad experience! Rude Manager (the blond curly lady). We bough furniture, which they promised to deliver and later called saying that they could not find them in stock. When we asked our money back, they could only offer other furniture instead - which we did not like. Horrible experience! We never got our money back!

Worst place one can go for. Consider lucky when you get a defect free product. I'm still waiting for this company to change the delivered product. They don't answer calls nor they keep their promise. After a long struggle, we have our product fixed and changed. When I say long it is from May -25 till July -02. 1. Not every time you get a chance to explain / discuss with the same person who sold / works really for after sale service. 2. Not every one in the store are polite ( instead, blame you for repeated complaints about a defect product) 3. Irrespective of calls, you are expected to walk into the store to discuss in person ( yes, expect yelling for the mistake of purchase with this company ) But after all this, if at all we owe a 'thank you' it is only to those two persons who really care to give their best service possible. Thank you Sameer and Fabiane.

Very poor service. They sold faulty furniture and it took 3 weeks , 4 visits and almost 10 calls to convince them that the furniture had defect. Even 4 weeks after my payment I still have not received the good piece. The staff treat customers very poorly and intentionally put new people on call to start conversation over and then give this as a reason for delays.

I order something whit pink color and they send me Grey...and they dont want to take it back ...... It s already 6 weks and i still whait for factuur from them because i buy it whit company tva. I call almost every day but they don t respond ...sometimes is one girl and she said she don t know nothing ...she speck like i m her dog ....don t goo at this shop please ....

Absolutely ridiculous aftersales support. First it took them 6 months to pick up the faulty part and now we are waiting for 6 months for the repaired part to come back. We called them repeatedly every week just to hear the same lame excuses that the supplier does not respond and they dont have any news! Stay away! β€œCheap” prices come with a lot of headaches afterwards!

One star is the minimum I can give? I would honestly give -150. This shop needs to be avoided at all cost. Yes it's cheap and looking nice, but better you go to Ikea because the quality is not there at all. And, the biggest problem of all, is the SERVICE. They will sell you something and they will forget you. 2 years + I have a broken sofa at home, they managed to fix the wrong side of it, and never ever helped me in the process of fixing the whole problem. 1000 euro lost, they had nice smile when I paid, that's it. Once you are out the door you are not a customer anymore. HORRIBLE. AVOID. RUN AWAY. I am thinking about a legal action honestly.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a couch two months ago, and they told me they didn’t have inventory of the couch I wanted so they would give me the β€œexpo” version. The couch arrived in TWO DIFFERENT COLORS AND BROKEN HINGES TO CONNECT THE COUCHES. €1500 spent, with no discount for being expo either. I asked for a return, replacement, or at least a discount. The first couple of times, they told me only my salesman could speak to me. Then they texted me telling me to still put the whole couch together and send them pictures. They texted me back saying they would change it. I’ve never heard back from them. I’ve called so many times, emailed them, visited them again in person, and still waiting a response. Do NOT waste your time and money! STAY AWAY AWAY AWAY!
