★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at Audi Brussels was very disappointing. I made an on-line appointment under COVID-19 policy and asked to see Q7 and Q8. I received 2 confirmation emails and reminders and drove 45 minutes to get there. My designated contact was NOT available (Mr Schuyten) and Q7 or Q8 were not available either . I wasted half a day - never again to Audi Brussels.
