DS STORE DROGENBOS

Belle concession, on y est agréablement accueilli. Personnel compétant, sérieux et très professionnel. J'ai eu affaire à Vincenzo qui a fait preuve d'écoute et a été de bon conseil. Réactif et disponible de la vente d'un véhicule neuf, en passant par la reprise de mon ancien véhicule. Je recommande sans problème.

Je viens d'y commander ma nouvelle voiture. Personnel et direction de grande classe (quoi de plus normal pour des voitures de classe ) Vendeur à l'écoute du client. Rien à redire

Cela devient tellement rare la qualité de service et l'écoute du client, que je tenais à le partager. Zeer vriendelijke DS Expert Advisor die tegemoetkomt aan al jouw vragen. Het was enorm druk, maar dat nam niet weg dat hij zijn tijd nam om je uitvoerig te informeren over de verschillende modellen en hun specificaties. Echt top!

The best sales and after sales team ever!

2 dedicated DS employees weren’t present. Had to wait a solid hour before a Citroën employee came to help me. In comparison to other conscession ( BMW, DS store brussels, Volkswagen,...) where i was immediately greeted and assisted.

Horrible customer service. We had to pull the information out of the salesman. Incredible experience when you are actually trying to buy an expensive car. Avoid at all costs.

Ever since ordering my DS7 I question if things can get worse. Partly caused by the brand that delays the delivery of the car again and again, but until last friday Drogenbos not even try to help. Getting in touch by phone for info on car delivery was sheer impossible (number not answered or not in use). No pro-active information about a delayed delivery. On 14/6 I had to find out myself that the promised delivery for that week (that ends 15/6) will be delayed again. After being able to talk to them by phone on 15/6, the sales people at DS Store Drogenbos understood the issue I have. That same day they offered a suitable and satisfactory solution to overcome the remaining time I have to wait on the delivery of my DS7. Disappointingly the DS7 car that was delivered to me did not conform to the specifications ordered. After having waited for almost 8 months there is still no solution. In the segment the DS7 is supposed to be in, that is not acceptable. In the meantime DS Drogenbos proved that the improvement they showed around the delivery of the car was incidental. Although individual staff a after-sales are doing their best, it is the management that has no clue of the importance of things to their customers. Agreements (including the one where they try to buy-off my complaints) are not carried out at all. The responsible sales manager has no sense of urgency and fails miserably in general. If DS and DS Drogenbos are really serious in delivering "premium" cars there is a such long way to go for them that I doubt if they ever will succeed. This is definitely my last DS and DS Drogenbos is a place to avoid especially.
