★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In total had to wait for a whole hour for an item to arrive twice with a hole from the stock. It could be the new order system that Zara introduced. Honestly I couldn't see how it helped anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spending 2 hours shopping and when i wanted to pay the said sorry but the card machine doesn't work now for non Belgium bank. At least they should informed their customers in advance specially that i look non local and was speaking English to them..i had to withdraw money and to run becouse they wanted to close in few minutes.
Not a recommended Zara shop at all !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap clothes, probably ok for a couple of times and abysmal service - for the 15 minutes we waited to pay, one lady at the payment counter, 4 next to her trying to solve a problem with a portable terminal...... Not one had the initiative to open another counter although the queue at a moment reached 16 people. Will not waste my time again, and will not miss much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Zara is probably the best of Brussels. They’re ain’t no clothes unfolded all around the place, the staff could be a little bit more helpful / welcoming but otherwise, it’s a good quality/price and they always seem to be catching up with the trend. It’s well located, never too busy and once again, super clean compared to a lot of clothing stores.
