Les vendeurs connaissent parfaitement bien leurs produits et savent vous conseiller ceux qui vous conviendront le mieux. Ils prennent aussi le temps de bien vous expliquer les avantages de chaque gamme de produits.
Une de mes boutiques "beauté" préférée !
Boutique very cozy (probably due to the size of the store, quite small) and extremely effective products!
The salesmen know their products very well and know how to advise you which ones will suit you best. They also take the time to fully explain the benefits of each product line.
One of my favorite "beauty" shops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the products of Kiehl's. But one day on Monday I left work earlier to catch the working hours of the shop.
Closing was announced on the door and the website at 18:30. I was there at 18:07 and the salesman told me with gestures that it's closed... Useless exercise which cost me time and effort.
I guess delivery will be more helpful than the shop. Next time... Or maybe another brand?
