β β β β β I have insurance with this company for 2 years, 10 days ago my annual invoice came and I paid, after I paid I asked to change my address in the system and for this they sent me two more total bills of 250 euros fee that I changed the street in the same city, they want money with japca, no one told me before changing the address that I have to pay a fee of 250 euros, shame on them, I it forces me and forces me to pay now

β β β β β More then 5 years with them, since was touring. 2 Cars, motos, the first time I need the assistance to bring the car for the mechanic, they refused, cancelled my insurance. Ridiculous. I feel scammed.
