★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cosy budget hotel. We had a nice stay on a trip to Brussel. Room was clean and modernly equipped (no mini bar), not to much noise (even with opened windows). Room service very thoroughly. Friendly 24/7 reception service. Location close to center (possible to reach by foot). Immediate surrounding very busy and not the finest but ok. Metro nearly in front of the entrance. For this price really nothing to complain about. My opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really comfortable and spacious rooms which made you feel right at home even for long stays. Staff were friendly and did their utmost to help us and were really kind. Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel had a lovely Japanese theme. Great breakfast selection. Location of the property is quite central although it is unsafe at night.

Very helpful and friendly staff; excellent breakfast with a broad variety of Western staples and Japanese fare; nice, clean rooms with new, well-appointed bathrooms; new climate controls; and lots of light. I have rated it 5 stars because at this price it is excellent, but of course, it is not actually a 5-star hotel. Still, always a pleasure to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two teenage daughters for a two-night stay in Brussels. It is well located, a few meters from the Yser metro station, which was very convenient for us since we arrived from Paris by train. The check-in process was very smooth and the staff was very friendly and cordial. The hotel is simple but in a very good state of maintenance. It has two new good sized elevators for European standards. The room had two very comfortable double beds and enough space for suitcases. The bathroom was immaculate. The room was very clean, it is clear they put a lot of attention on this matter. The anti-noise windows were very convenient since our room was facing the street. Breakfast was quite decent with hot food (eggs, gyozas, mushrooms, bacon and miso soup), fresh fruits, a variety of cheeses and hams, and a great selection of breads. The two coffee machines available brew excellent cappuccinos. The central square was a 25 minute walk away and there was a Christmas market just 5 minutes away. The only thing we missed is that there was no mini fridge in the room.

Breakfast was just beautiful, nice room, beds are comfortable.
Public transport just a few steps from the hotel, city center just 15 minutes by walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good: simple, but modern, tasteful rooms. Very clean. Good breakfast. Friendly, professional staff. More personal than the chain hotels.
Not so good: the surrounding area is not the best, but by no means bad, and this is not the hotel's fault.
I would stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in more than 10 hotels during last season. It's the most elegant and pleasurable hotel that I've been. The interior architecture is so good, the natural wood combined with white and pale green colours is so relaxing and helps focusing.
The breakfast is complete for all tastes until 10am! I must not forget the all-sizes pillows of the bed. Very important for the sleep!
So clean - without hysteria, gentle employees, I really couldn't imagine wanting sth more....
