Feb. 2016: We have been buying there for several years through the wine fair in Ghent Bruges. Very large selection of wines. Top range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had er meer van verwacht. De (nieuwe?) medewerker had weinig ervaring. Alles werd van het computerscherm afgelezen en ik heb geen typerende uitleg gekregen. De afhandeling was weinig professioneel, erg lang moeten wachten op de geschenkverpakking en de afrekening en bovendien was hij niet echt vriendelijk.
Jammer, vermoedelijk was ik tevreden geweest indien ik geholpen werd door familie Van den bussche
I expected more from it. The (new?) Employee had little experience. Everything was read from the computer screen and I have not received a typical explanation. The handling was not professional, had to wait a long time for the gift wrapping and the bill and he was not really friendly.
Too bad, I would probably have been satisfied if I had been helped by the Van den bussche family
