It was two cool and gentle male staff. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and made a wine cocktail not on the menu (^ ^) The drinks and food were delicious and the atmosphere was perfect! I really recommend you to go! ! It was a great time!
P	Peter Sels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik bestelde een minerale wijn van de kaart Alto Adige, die was niet voorradig. Geen probleem denk ik, dat gebeurt. De ober, eigenaar, suggereert 'iets gelijkaardigs' uit Portugal maar kan zich de druiven niet herinneren 'want dat zijn er écht heel moeilijke'. Ok, voor een ober in een wijnbar begint mij dat al iets vreemder te lijken maar soit. Ik proef, en het is heel koud, en proef even niets en zeg al gauw ok. Enkele minuten daarna ruik ik duidelijk oxidatie en voor de rest niets en zeg dat ook. Ik krijg als reactie dat 'ik zelf het beste weet wat ik lust' en krijg een nieuw glas van een andere, correcte wijn. Vreemd om het probleem van geoxideerde wijn te hertalen als 'kwesrie van smaak'. Daarna runt een dame, in dienst van de eigenaar de zaak en wordt alles ineens veel hartelijker, professioneler, leuker.....Tip: betaal haar goed en leer van haar....met arrogantie en matige wijn alleen ga je het niet lang redden. Peter, bezoeker en -omdat dit soms relevant is- ook sommelier en Wset level 3. I ordered a mineral wine from the Alto Adige menu, which was out of stock. No problem I guess, that happens. The waiter, owner, suggests 'something similar' from Portugal but cannot remember the grapes 'because they are really very difficult'. Ok, for a waiter in a wine bar that starts to seem a little weirder to me, but oh well. I taste, and it is very cold, and taste nothing for a moment and soon say ok. A few minutes later I clearly smell oxidation and nothing else and say so. I get the response that 'I know best what I like' and get a new glass of a different, correct wine. Strange to translate the problem of oxidized wine as 'a matter of taste'. Then a lady, employed by the owner, runs the business and everything suddenly becomes much more cordial, more professional, more fun..... Tip: pay her well and learn from her.... with arrogance and mediocre wine you can't do it alone save long. Peter, visitor and - because this is sometimes relevant - also sommelier and Wset level 3.
