★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, very very very slow and the staff were very unproffessional (except for one!) They can't even know the difference of Middlename and Second name!
I will never recomend this to anyone. I had wasted almost 1 hour verifying my passport
before I got my money. Such a waste of time to come there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service, I'm being generous giving them one star! Only one of the windows was staffed, which inevitably led to long queues outside. No bancontact so people had to dash to the bank and get cash. The guy couldn't read the reference number on my receipt so I had to dictate it to him (I was receiving cash). I duly showed him my ID card and he said he couldn't give me the cash since my middle name was missing on the receipt. It was 200% obvious that I was the person concerned but the guy just shook his head. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he said he wasn't there, surprise surprise. to be avoided if at all possible!
