★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun service, bientôt deux mois sans réponse pour un simple déblocage de garantie locative.. Zéro retour, obligé de prendre un rendez-vous pour "j'espère" résoudre la situation.
 No service, almost two months without an answer for a simple release of the rental guarantee. Zero returns, forced to make an appointment to "I hope" to resolve the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been client ing and I advice this bank also for my friend who come in Belgium for open a society. Unfortunately I just move to another district and I ask to be transfer here and I say to her to open the bank account there. BIG MISTAKE! They ask documents of past legislation and not the new one , they are totally unprepared and they not help at all they just make problems , I ask to tax advisor , to the lawyer and all confirm it’s not like this! Also they give all the time slow appointments and they don’t try at all to help quickly exigence. A Office Like this can be ok just for people who can come for problems as “ I block my card please help “ for other type of investments, consulting, bank investment and assurance please avoid specially the lady !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless place. The most digital bank in the market cannot coordinate the open hours from google with their security agent, that invited me to come some other time. I was just looking for a card reader. The homeless corner at Midi is probably better organised and mantained.
