★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait partir un virement hier après-midi de l'agence, j'ai reçu le bordereau de confirmation etc. L'argent n'est jamais arrivé à destination, et en prenant contact avec l'agence on me dit "qu'il n'y a pas de trace de la transaction" et que je "dois me rendre sur place". Perte de temps considérable pour un virement qui devait être fait de manière urgente!
I sent a transfer yesterday afternoon from the agency, I received the confirmation slip etc. The money never arrived at its destination, and when I contacted the agency, I was told "that there was no trace of the transaction" and that I "must go there". Considerable waste of time for a transfer that had to be made urgently!

Il étaient 2 messieurs et le monsieur concerné parlait très bas, je lui demande de parler plus fort parce qu'avec les vitres c'était inaudible, et le monsieur derrière dit a son collègue "monsieur est sourd" en me regardant et en riant. Honteux.
Ils ont refuse de me servir et j'ai du aller dans un autre western union.
Horrible, zero for customer contact. No help. There were 2 gentlemen and the gentleman concerned spoke very low, I ask him to speak louder because with the windows it was inaudible, and the gentleman behind said to his colleague "Monsieur is deaf" looking at me and laughing. Shameful.
They refused to serve me and I had to go to another western union.
