★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They won’t give you your landlord’s number if you need it to discuss and negociate something.
They don’t always answer when you need them.
They consider you as a merchandise and not as a human being, actually like most of real estate companies.. so don’t expect too much from them.
PS : they lied saying my neighborhood was quiet, there was for a year early noisy constructions on the two sides surrounding my building, and drunk people waking me up very often. So avoid Walls if your mental health depends on sleep.
