Na 14 dagen brachten ze reeds een nieuwe huurder aan. Dank je Aline voor de snelle verhuur, de vlotte sympathieke en punctuele opvolging. Working with CC Immo was a pleasant experience. The office contacted them themselves and 2 days later everything was online. After 14 days they already brought in a new tenant. Thank you Aline for the quick rental, the smooth, sympathetic and punctual follow-up.

I wanted to rent an apartment by them on keistraat they make appointment with me , they let me see the apartment , I decide instantly that I want the apartment , i gave them all the information needed because they inform me that the apartment is free . I already made plans and then I see that the agency did not call me or send me an e mail so I decided to call them , to find out that they already rent the place to somebody else . Worst feeling ever . No professionalism

Seems like they are very busy and with too less people to handle all of the work. This I could also notice when calling the agency. Sometimes even a bit unfriendly because of the work pressure I think. But we decided to take the apartment and coming into this place, we were friendly welcomed and they were super nice! Inside decoration is also very modern. As a tip I would give to C&C Immo is to focus on their phone communication’ friendliness, as this is the first impression of possible tenants.
