So little choices in such a big showroom, cheap quality furnitures... Vendors prefer to talk to each other than helping customers. Very disappointing.

A very bad experience. We ordered a bedroom and it was supposed to be delivered in 8 weeks. After 16 weeks had passed and it still wasn't delivered, we had to cancel the order. We received no information from VG about the delay, we had to call them ourselves every few weeks to check what was going on. Will not go back.

Maybe the pieces of furniture are nice but the only question we asked to a vendor was answered very rudely: "Is this the sofa you want? Yes or no? If this is the case then go to the register and pay for it!" We just wanted to have some information concerning the different finitions that you can have... We will find the same sofa somewhere else but one thing is certain, we will not buy something there.

Good quality furniture, mostly Belgian made. It's not ikea prices but the items are lasting decades even after moving houses so very durable

Really big furniture store, on several floors and large spaces, you definitely need at least a couple of hours to properly make a tour and evaluate the so many items in the showroom. Floors are not really categorized, which makes the customer experience a bit confusing actually.

Very very bad experience with the service and the delivery. I ordered a bed very easy to deliver and I payed them to assemble it. They came at my house but the guy of the track refused to park in front of my house and he went away. Let me say that near my house is very easy to park. I called the shop and I went there to complain for the behaviour and to be refunded. No hope to get back 73 euro for a service not done. I had to bring my bed in my car. Let me say the the driver shouted to my wife in the street.so be careful if you need that they bring something to you.

Final update:- So after months of chasing things up and being told by the company who made the sofa that it was our fault from wiping it down with water or even sweating from sitting on i. ( which is honestly laughable) Godeau told us they asked for a solution. So we called today to see if was one. Of course no and Godeau were also unwilling to compensatie us in anyway for selling us such a poor quality item. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by the whole thing and I had hoped to write something more positive for a final update but thats not the case. I can only hope they improve their product line and customer service. We will replace from ikea as our other items are of better quality and a better after service. Awful quality this is there sofa after 4 years. It started to fall apart after just over 3. I keep a blanket over seat part due to how awful. I had expected better quality I would of been better going to ikea or weba. Store offered to find a solution then nothing. Edit :- in response to the companies answer i have contacted them via Facebook messanger for weeks and all after the initial response all my messages went ignored. They are marked read but no replies have been sent . I have added screenshots below and invite the company then to call or email me Edit 2 :- still working on a solution several weeks after i made this review eventually i got a call. The store contacted the company who made sofa and after some weeks company have said it is our fault it's water damage from cleaning or potentially sweat/medication/etc. Honestly i have never heard something so laughable that a sofa can not be wiped down with a damp cloth. Vastiau Godeau did say they no longer work with this company so there is that i suppose and they have contacted for a solution but i dont hold much hope now but atleast something is somewhat attempted to be done.

Very bad service.. We were there to buy a leather sofa set.. understand staff shortage due to covid.. after waiting for quite some time, the person gave us a price and discount of 15 percent on the sofa..as the sofa is costly took us some time to finalize it. Went to order it and the person taking order said this is not the correct price and discount only 10 percent. So wasted couple of hours and finally did not buy. Expect better selling team who know what they sell.. Thx for the reply. But again not sure you follow my concern. Wrong price + discount was given on which i decided to purchase it. On placing order you say that price was wrong.. so i showed my resentment there that you are wasting customers time by giving misleading prices..
