G	Gaetan Franquin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu l'occasion de faire appel aux équipes de The Kitchen Company pour plusieurs travaux à mon domicile : l'ajout de meubles dans la cuisine ainsi qu'une crédence et la création d'un mur de placards dans une chambre. Dès le début de notre collaboration, j'ai eu affaire à une chouette équipe, ouverte à écouter mes envies et surtout à essayer de comprendre ce que j'avais dans la tête. Ils m'ont proposé des ajustements pour améliorer le rendu visuel ou être, tout simplement, plus pratique au quotidien. Même lorsque les fournisseurs ont pris du retard avec le Covid, j'ai été prévenu et ils ont fait leur maximum pour que l'installation puisse se planifier dès la confirmation de l'arrivée des matériaux. Lors de l'installation, tout s'est passé à merveille et les trois "chantiers" ont été menés rapidement, proprement avec une finition impeccable. Je ne peux que recommander de travailler avec eux au vu de mon expérience ! I had the opportunity to call on The Kitchen Company teams for several jobs at my home: adding furniture in the kitchen as well as a splashback and creating a wall of cupboards in a bedroom. From the start of our collaboration, I had to deal with a great team, open to listen to my desires and above all to try to understand what was in my head. They offered me adjustments to improve the visual rendering or to be, quite simply, more practical on a daily basis. Even when the suppliers fell behind with the Covid, I was warned and they did their best so that the installation could be planned as soon as the arrival of the materials was confirmed. During the installation, everything went perfectly and the three "sites" were carried out quickly, cleanly with an impeccable finish. I can only recommend working with them based on my experience!

E	Eric Lipin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally poor experience. On our first visit to choose a kitchen, we were left alone to choose our furniture and countertop by looking at small square samples. We eventually figured out their video kitchen configuration software ourselves so we could see what an entire kitchen would look like in each option. We chose 2 options. It took 5 weeks to get an over-priced offer from them. Their offer for lesser material was nearly double the two other kitchen providers we visited, who were much more helpful and responsive in choosing our kitchen.

But after a few months I wanted a modification (for a specific cost, of course)... Simply no response after many e-mails and months of waiting. I have the impression that the guys from here are simply not interested in their customers as soon as they installed the kitchen and received the payment. I can live with this, but the post-order experience is not the best. It's a pity, as for future I could have ordered from them again but with this little unpleasant experience I have big doubts...

Despite the reputations we trusted the company to work with and although used materials looks Ok but fully disappointed from the customer service. For simple [re]fixation of broken kitchen door [only after 8 months use- as they fixed the exact same door after few months of use], we have been waiting almost 4 months to get a respond and see the action from them and after number of visits to the shop/phone calls/ emails . still the problem haven't been solved. This is unfortunate for a company with such a reputation and design capability to loose the customer trust due to their lack of customer service and after sales support and we yet waiting for the respond ...
