Hyper satisfait du service et du montage en atelier. I went there a year ago to add a luggage rack to my bike which is missing the basic holes in the frame for the fasteners, after having struggled a lot of time by visiting other stores that do not had no suitable luggage rack. Very satisfied with the service and the assembly in the workshop.

S	Stéphane Bücken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j'ai déposé mon VTT Viper, acheté chez Vanco, pour un entretien et pour remplacer les pneus d'origine, Schwalbe Smart Sam (bon pneus à tout faire), par des pneus plus "typés" boue. J'ai repris le vélo, entretien quasi ok (de l'huile coule des manettes de frein ?) et nouveaux pneus Schwalbe Rapid Rob ! Renseignements pris le Rapid Rob est un pneu 1er prix "à tout faire" mais au sec et pas trop pentu. Je me suis fait rouler (sans jeu de mots), mes bons pneus à tout faire ont été remplacés par des moins bons pneus à tout faire. C'est dommage de voir un professionnel profiter de l'ignorance de son client (pour écouler ses fins de stock ?). Et c'est dommage de devoir, encore et encore, tirer la sonnette d'alarme pour rappeler de faire attention .... Bien à vous I left my Viper ATV, bought at Vanco, for maintenance and to replace the original tires, Schwalbe Smart Sam (good all-round tires), with more "typical" mud tires. I got back to the bike, maintenance almost ok (oil is leaking from the brake levers?) And new Schwalbe Rapid Rob tires! Information taken, the Rapid Rob is a 1st price "do-it-all" tire, but dry and not too steep. I got rolled (no pun intended), my good handyman tires were replaced with less good handyman tires. It's a shame to see a professional take advantage of his client's ignorance (to sell his end of stock?). And it's a shame to have to sound the alarm again and again to remind people to be careful ... Yours truly
