 Rhode St. Genesis store: I showed up before calling for a gearshift problem, they didn't seem to want any troubleshooting. a technician looked and advised to go elsewhere (parts not available) yet the Milcycle competition repaired the (standard) cable quickly with a great welcome. incredible for an E-bike specialist not to want or be able to change a simple cable
